Arbee is an adaptive exam coach. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Telegram account information provided by Telegram Mini Apps, such as Telegram user ID, display name, username, language, and profile photo when available.
- Learning activity, including diagnostic answers, review attempts, topic mastery, recommended study actions, and app events.
- Account-linking information when you connect Google or Apple, such as provider account ID, email, name, and profile image if the provider returns it.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as cookies, session identifiers, device/browser metadata, IP address, and server logs.
How we use information
- To decide the next highest-value study action for you.
- To save progress and let you recover or use your account across Telegram, Google, Apple, and web sessions.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, debug problems, and improve reliability.
- To satisfy legal and operational obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure and identity providers to operate Arbee, including Cloudflare, Telegram, Google, and Apple where applicable. These providers process data according to their own terms and our configuration.
Retention
We keep learning records while your account is active because progress history is required for adaptive recommendations. We may retain security logs for a limited period. You can contact us to request deletion.
Your choices
You can use Arbee through Telegram without connecting Google or Apple. Connecting Google or Apple is optional and used for recovery and non-Telegram login.
